We have an online registration system operated by TAVI Congress Bureau.

Fees

VAT 0 %

Student fee is for undergraduate as well as for post doctoral students. Note that student status must be verified on site: you are required to show a proof of your student status, student ID card or a confirmation letter from your university/institute, at registration desk.

Registration fees includes:

• scientific programme

• conference programme and abstract book
• conference bag, badge and certificate of attendance

One day registration fee include scientific programme, coffee breaks and lunch voucher on that particular day.

Accompanying person fee includes:

Please note that the difference between member and non-member registration fee is higher than becoming a SRNT member. Additionally, becoming a SRNT-E member by paying a small extra due (15 USD and 5 USD for regular and student members, respectively) is even more advantageous! You can apply or renew your SRNT membership here.

Social Programme

City Reception, Thu 30 August, included in the conference fee

City of Helsinki is hosting a reception to conference participants on Thursday, August 30.

The reception will be held in Helsinki City Hall, address: Pohjoisesplanadi 11-13 at 19.00

University Reception, Fri 31 August, included in the conference fee

Rector of the University will hold a university reception for the conference participants in the conference venue, University of Helsinki, City centre campus on Friday, August 31, at 19.15-20.30

Conference Dinner, Sat 1 September, 70€/person

A memorable dinner at Tenalji von Fersen in the Suomenlinna Sea Fortress at 19.15. With its handsome vaulted halls, the Tenalji von Fersen in the inner bastion ring of Suomenlinna is one of the most valuable buildings on the island. Transportation to Dinner is by charter boat, that leaves from Kauppatori (Market Square) at 18.30.

Payment and confirmation

All payments (registration fee and social programme) should be made in advance in Euros (EUR) in connection with the registration. When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your email.

Please use the participant’s reference number when making the bank transfer. The reference number will be shown on the automatic reply that you will receive after submitting the registration form online. Payment by bank transfer is to be settled within two weeks of registration.

Note!

• all payments should be made free of banking charges
• bank drafts as well as personal, traveller’s or company cheques cannot be accepted
• an invoice will be sent by request only, in which case a supplement of  10 € will be added.
• kindly mark the details (exact invoicing address and reference) for your invoice request in the ‘Other Special Information’ field on the online registration form. Please note, that if a new invoice needs to be issued due to incorrect or insufficient invoicing details given in the registration, the invoice fee will be charged for each invoice separately.
